We are pleased to inform you that The Institution of Engineers (India), Coimbatore Local Centre, in association with Department of Automobile Engineering, Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, is organizing Project Expo on “Sustainable Development in Industry 4.0 & Industry 5.0” for the Mechanical Engineering domain on 18th August 2026 at Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, on the occasion of the “Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of The Institution of Engineers (India), Coimbatore Local Centre (1965-2025)”.
The Project Expo is open to undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students from engineering colleges. Students may participate in teams of up to two members.

“The three best projects, as recommended by the Jury, will be honoured with certificates and cash awards (total prize amount: Rs. 20,000/-) during the 59th Engineers' Day Celebrations organized by The Institution of Engineers (India), Coimbatore Local Centre”.
All participants will receive participation certificates.
